Friendly Advisors, Easy Process

Spent in total just short of 1 hour on the phone with Charlie (only so long due to my incompetence) and he was nothing but friendly and professional throughout. A real credit to your company. He made sure I fully understood everything, repeating himself on numerous occasions where I wasn’t fully sure, but never erred away from his friendly manner, despite me no doubt getting on his nerves. :D If all your advisors are as good as Charlie, then you’re doing a great job.
