Guilty little secret

I think you charge too much interest, but for a lender your customer service and platform that you use, the way you communicate and the website, it’s one of the best on the market. I also like that you charge interest by the day and not penalise people for paying early like some others do. Would I recommend you ? Not unless someone was very desperate, but that’s my issue not yours. Would I use you more for bigger , yes for sure if you rewarded your loyal customers with a big reduction in interest.
