Mr Lender don’t charge any up-front fees or late payment fees. Late payments may still impact your credit rating though. Funds are usually transferred within an hour of approval.

I am very grateful for, not only being accepted, but also for the prompt and friendly service. The underwriter I spoke to was polite, friendly and very thorough.
