Transparent terms and great customer service

I have used my community bank before about 10 years ago and returned to use them a second time for a loan. Their customer service is fantastic and their terms and conditions are much clearer than other loan companies and don't try to mask hidden terms. Reviewed on: 26th March 2025

My experience has been exceptional.

My experience has been exceptional. When I really needed the money, MCB have been amazing and got me the loan ever so quickly, and hassle free. I am currently repaying the loan but it's affordable, compared the other loan companies I have researched. When I lost my job, MCB have been amazing and super supportive until I was back up on my feet which really really helped my situation. Couldn't recommend them enough! Reviewed on: 26th March 2025
