Would not recommend, friendly staff but that's about it

The staff our friendly but when I've enquired about my loan I don't get an actually answer to my question. I've worked out that, even with my contract saying I'm only paying 29.46%, It actually works out to me paying 80% apr! When I've phoned and emailed asking for an explanation I don't get an actually answer. Instead they forward me my payment plan which isn't helpful at all. I'm paying back basically double what I've borrowed and can't get a straight answer out of anyone. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025
