Good rates and I really like the idea that my money might be helping to make loans more affordable for those in most need and may help them avoid much higher commercial rates Email replies could be quicker but to be fair they're faster than other financial services providers. Professional and knowledgeable. When required it is easy to speak with a person, on the occasions where I have required telephone assistance the queue times have been short and my query closed while I'm on the call.
