    Cora is unable to provide straightforward answers to any questions relating to account holders moving abroad. For example: A) I am moving abroad, what do...     50 minute wait to speak to ISA team and CORA is incapable of answering simple questions . Phone back option ridiculous.     bungling amateurish attempt at AI

    Completely useless. Knows nothing, cannot answer the most basic questions.Gets fixated on the original request. When asking for a human there are responses like "... Completely useless.
