    Possibly the wordt customer service in the industry?

    Complete waste of time- very poor customer service made only worse by the useless "Cora" . All contact avenues seem to be pushing towards their...     bungling amateurish attempt at AI

    Completely useless. Knows nothing, cannot answer the most basic questions.Gets fixated on the original request. When asking for a human there are responses like "... Completely useless.
