bungling amateurish attempt at AI

Completely useless. Knows nothing, cannot answer the most basic questions.Gets fixated on the original request. When asking for a human there are responses like "... Completely useless.     Trying to resolve an issue with Cora like pulling your own teeth out There is a default answer for all issues regarding any matter relating...     Cora is a soulless bot.

    My father has had an account with NatWest before it was NatWest. He is now 92, with mobility problems, and our nearest branch is 10-20... My father has had an account with NatWest before it was NatWest. He is now 92, with mobility problems, and our nearest branch is 10-20 miles away. He misses going into the bank to sort out his financial matters. Surely, stalwart customers who do not do online yearn for the human touch with all its nuances; however, Cora is nothing more than a soulless bot. I suggest that your over 60s telephone banking service is publicised more, and not linked as much to your online offerings. Read more Read less

    I didn't survive the doom loop.

    I was contacted to close an inactive business account. It is with another branch of NatWest with a separate sort code. I tried using Cora... I was contacted to close an inactive business account. It is with another branch of NatWest with a separate sort code. I tried using Cora on 3 occasions to close the account and transfer the balance to my current account and on each occasion it sent me into a doom loop. I am no further on and have wasted a couple of hours on a poorly performing AI system. I am seriously considering moving my active personal account from this shambolic organisation, but I can't bear the hassle.. Read more Read less
