Beauty of British Banking!

I have 2 savings account and a current account. The App is brilliant, so much info and easy in transparency when it comes to APR and Charges. The savings account is full on info so you will find all that you're looking for... Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Overall Experience

The app experience is extremely good, very easy to use and one of the best things about NatWest. I have seen competitors apps and from what I have seen the NatWest is the best looking and functional of them. I would recommend and have recommended people to go to NatWest just because of the app experience and how easy it is to swap accounts. The reason it isn't a perfect score is because I don't believe the interest rates are as high as other banks and to me that is important. Obviously this is not important to everyone but to me it is and I would like a savings account which has a higher interest rate which I can easily access. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

First Class

Helpful and Caring Customer Services

I don't have any complaints about Natwest, my experience with the Bank is a positive one and I've been with them for 12 years or so. They are always willing to help, helpful and care by suggesting ways I can make my money (or lack of) work better for me. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
