Fantastic app

Being with the Natwest Rooster app has been a real life saver for myself and children on the go my normal account always asked to verify the payment whilst I could just sent to the Rooster easily. I needed some assistance with my account and the staff member I spoke to was really knowledgeable and friendly. They sorted out my issue quickly and efficiently, and even went the extra mile to explain things clearly.
