Great tool for 12 yr old and 6 yr old

4
Has been a great tool to motivate both my 12 yr old and 6 yr old around their chores. Have also used it to have discussions with the 12 yr old about spending/ saving and so and I like the level of visibility the card gives. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Great to see my son taking control of his money

I love how this makes money visible for my seven year old, and allows him to take control of it and be responsible for it. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Rooster Card

Straightforward with meaningful.options. A great way to introduce money management to your children. The app has a very good user interface that makes the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

good for teaching to save

5
I have the free version and I like how you can see the virtual savings accumulate and add to them so the figure increases . It is becoming increasingly difficult to teach children about money and value as less real money is actually handled these days but I like the simplicity of being able to visualise how it accumulates weekly online . Roostermoney has changed the way we handle money with our kids

5
RoosterMoney not only provides brilliant practical tools for giving pocket money and addressing spending and saving issues but it is the only app we could find that really addresses the kids education in terms of allowing us to have a conversation about money without actually just providing a card for spending. If you have kids from any age 4 to 16 this should be an essential app for you to help build up their financial competence. Well done rooster! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

My children are in charge of their pocket money

5
I have been using Rooster Money for a few years now, since my twins were given a large amount of money for their birthday and did not quite know how to spend it. I was looking for some kind of tracking app that would remember for me what we bought and when so I could deduct it from their money pile. This app was even better. The pocket money comes automatically every week, they can save up for different goals on it, it's quick to let them buy something in the supermarket and then use up to take that money out of their accounts. Also, our household has not dealt with cash for a long time. It got a little tricky with tooth fairy, as we could not find any coins but since then we have a £2 coin stashed for tooth fairy emergencies and it comes back to us as soon as they wake up. "Mummy, can you add this £2 to my pocket money?" - Brilliant! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Great For Kids

I must say that Rooster money app and card is the best thing for teaching kids how to handle money wish this was about for my kids when they were growing up . I use Rooster money card for my granddaughter to give her a sense of achievement when helping around the house. she always looks forward to going into the shop and using her card. A great app to help kids with money

5
A very simple but effective app that lets the kids easily keep track of their money. Makes getting them doing chores so much easier, although to be fair they are both quite good.... especially when it’s time to wash the car and the snow foam comes out! :-) Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
