Card works well.

Card works well. Don't feel the rooster app is that user friendly though. Could be simplified and made clearer for transfers to and from accounts etc. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

A Firm Family Favourite

Super easy to set up and because I was already a customer of NatWest the fees for this account are waivered. A brilliant incentive to encourage children to learn about money and bank accounts. The app is easy for my 7 yr old to understand and he loves seeing the reasons for why he’s received funds. I also love that when he makes a purchase it messages my phone to let me know. Amazing product, Highly recommend

Amazing product, my daughter is 9 years and teaching her to save money and budget at such a young age will get her ready for when she is older, best on the market compared to other brands we have tried, she does chores to earn cash and both parents can use the app and see what she is spending and how much she has saved, plus it lets her know when money has been added from the parent pot, as a family always rate NatWest very highly and wouldn’t use any other company, plus the benefit of having a NatWest account we don’t have to pay any fees for the rooster card which is a huge bonus as other brands charge a monthly fee.
