Rooster gives kids secure & fun financial independence

My boys' Rooster accounts integrate perfectly with my personal account. They love having their own cards and being able to use an app where they can keep an eye on their own cash and setting their own saving (or spending!) plans. When one of my sons (aged 11) went on a recent French trip, his Rooster card never failed and pinged me a message every time he spent something, and let me know if he needed a top-up. Given he wasn't allowed to take a phone with him, seeing these transactions pop up on my phone was a lovely way of keeping in contact. And he loved the independence of having his own card. I’ve been with NatWest since being a student and I they have supported me and now my family with money management through different life stages. Having struggled with a competitor it is refreshing...

Having struggled with a competitor it is refreshing to use a system which is easy for both our grandchild and us to use. Our children, the parents, have dual access and so all angles are covered. The card is used everywhere that it is needed and offers ease of use and security. Reviewed on: 21st February 2024

App is extremely easy to use. Kids enjoy being more accountable in managing their money and creating their own savings goals. I enjoy being able to see the kids carry out the agreed tasks and the simplicity of being able to “pay” a percentage of the chores completed whilst also having the peace of mind that I can monitor their spending.
