Convenient easy financial learning for kids

5
Easy clear guidance to teach the grandkids about money able to start young and keep clear record for each child . Reviewed on: 28th March 2022

A great way for children to learn about money

5
Originally used the rooster card during lockdown to enable my daughter to be able to go into a shop independently as numbers were limited in shops. Since then we have also used to add incentives to make daily life simpler. Introducing financial incentives in return for chores and daily routines. One of which is Ensuring we make it to the car each day on time which in turn means we are not held up at the train gates on our route to school. Therefore our journey is less stressful. Easy to use

5
This app is easy to use which is great when you have children because a complex to use app is the last thing you need. I love the simplicity of it and the way I can sync it across both my kids phones and it motivates them to keep up with housework and gives me a realistic way to keep tabs on the money they have for birthdays and Christmas. Well worth the money if you pay for premium but also a great free app. Reviewed on: 28th March 2022

Great tool to give kids financial know how

5
We joined Rooster back in 2020 when it became clear many places were switching to contractors payments. Our then 13year old needed to be able to do activities with friends with a degree of independence. The Rooster card has allowed us as parents and him as a child to clearly see where money has come from and how it has been spent, we've been able to add birthday money and rewards for chores to the balance and he has been able to make decisions about budgeting. Also any time we have needed help it advice the staff at Rooster have been quickly on hand to solve any issues. The app is really easy to use for parents and children. Overall a great service to help kids learn about managing their finances. Reviewed on: 28th March 2022

Supportive and educational

With cash fast becoming a thing of the past, kids need to learn about the digital side of currency (pocket money). Rooster gives us control over spending but also provides a set of useful tools to visualise our daughters pocket money. Having great guides and content on how to talk about money to your children has also been a fantastic help! Reviewed on: 28th March 2022

It’s a great app for my whole family. Keeps everyone focused on our goals and stops any arguments in shops! Reviewed on: 27th March 2022

A tool for growing financially savvy children

5
Super helpful app for pocket money management but more importantly a useful tool to raise financially astute wee ones. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

A very smart app for kids money management

5
A friend of mine recommended a similar app, a very well-known one, which she used for her daughter. After doing some research I realised that Rooster is so much better. More affordable per year really smart to use; I have never stopped using it since. I wish I knew it when I had my older daughter. It’s easy to navigate, it is simple for the child and the parent and it gives a lot of extra features. Also very good value for money regarding the subscription per year. I’m really happy with it!
