Great service

5
I purchased 2 rooster cards for my son in July 2020. My sons really enjoy the freedom it gives them being able to purchase goods themselves in store and keeping a check of their finances. Recently my younger son who is 9 lost his card on a visit to a local store. We were not aware until I had a message from the Rooster team to say it had been reported by a member of the public. The team immediately put a block on the card being used. My son was upset to have lost his favourite wallet, I emailed the team who contacted the gentleman who found it and it was promptly returned. Alice from Rooster was so helpful and made the whole process so easy. Reviewed on: 4th February 2021

Kids love it

The kids love doing their chores and seeing their money grow. We like to be able to add and deduct from their accounts easily and the grandparents are going to set up a standing order to their accounts too. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2021

Great for under 10s

5
Gave a rooster card to my son for his 10th birthday after several of his other friends had similar cards. I like the fact I don't pay a fee every time the rooster is used. He uses it to manage his pocket money and savings. I boost his weekly allowance for rewards or treats. Great for preparation for secondary school... Using bus fairs and lunch money etc. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2021

It’s reminding me to pay pocket money on a consistent basis, teaching the kids about money management and helping us to have better conversations about money. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2021

Teaching my son the value of money

5
Before rooster I would always just buy my son things, he once said it only costs £300. Now he has a set amount of pocket money every month that he can spend and once it’s gone it’s gone. Something big that he wants he can create a saving pot and put money aside, he’s actually excited to save and loves doing chores to gain extra cash. At Christmas and his birthday it was easy for grandparents to drop money into his account. Having the card makes him feel like a grown up and also means he can spend his money online too. Encourages independence

This app helps my children take responsibility for the chores they are able to do and they love getting rewarded with pocket money at the end of the week. As a parent, I like it because I feel like they are doing something for the money they earn instead of me paying and doing all the house chores! My children are old enough for a bit of their own money and also to help around the house. This app really helps with house harmony. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2021
