impressive card and account just for kids

Excellent service

Never had any issues. I would prefer more branches but that's a sign of the times sadly. Customer service great in the Grimsby Branch. Always helpful. Online banking is easy and accurate. The Natwest Rooster card is a great product for teenagers as they navigate their way to financial independence. The Natwest Rooster comms has been helpful giving us pointers to the next steps after Rooster and for my teenager setting up his own bank account. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

The kids love ticking off their chores and using the savings pot, my youngest isn’t old enough for a card yet but really enjoys earning stars for a treat at the weekend. Really helped to motivate them in regards to doing homework and chores and really impressed with how they are thinking about their spending already, learning that if they want something they need to save up and put away for it.
