A fantastic user friendly product

I have banked with NatWest all my life, so getting Rooster cards for my kids to help them understand financial freedom and responsibility made sense, as I don’t pay the monthly charge for being an existing customer. my kids have benefitted significantly from the freedom having a Rooster card gives them, whilst having the security knowing I can manage their money pots for them so they don’t have too much money loaded on their cards. This is a great way to introduce kids to the practicalities of using money in the 21st Century. Reviewed on: 25th February 2026

Easy to set up and customer care was quick in replying to my questions. Only downside is that others can't transfer straight into the Rooster accounts and it has to go via the parent account. Reviewed on: 25th February 2026
