Easy and intuitive to use!

It has been easy and intuitive to use rooster money. My daughters love their cards and feel grown up. Being able to control the amount on their cards via an app is easy and quick. I also like that I have to reset the contactless so am reminded to check where the physical card is. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Great service, app and rooster for kids

I am Natwest customer for over than 17.

I am Natwest customer for over than 17. years and they offer excellent customer services. My children are using Rooster card and the live Rooster service is amazing. They are prompt, articulated and quick, resoling a problem within the minutes. Very helpful. I was recently in a shopping center on the cash register in the cue, when problem with rooster card occurred, as my daughter forgot her PIN, while we were in the queue the live chat resolved in a could of minutes and we didn’t need to hustle. Because I bank with NatWest both my children get their rooster cards for free. This is great value for us and I love the chore aspect so they can send in their regular jobs once complete or earn extra money for one off jobs. My kids love having their own bank card.

My kids love having their own bank card. It's really easy to use and add restrictions on their spending. For instance I disabled online spending for a while as it was getting out of hands and learning to budget. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
