My experience with the Nest Pensions has been fairly straightforward. It’s easy to be enrolled through work, and I like that contributions are taken automatically from my salary, including employer contributions, which helps build my pension without much effort. The online account is simple to access and lets me see my balance and contributions clearly. I also like that it’s designed to be low-maintenance, with investments managed for you over time. However, it can feel a bit basic compared to other pension options, with limited investment choices and not much flexibility. It’s also something you don’t tend to interact with often, so it can be easy to forget about or not fully understand how your money is performing. Overall, it’s a reliable and easy way to start saving for retirement, especially through automatic enrolment, but could be improved with more flexibility and clearer engagement tools. Peace of mind.

Good luck getting your money

Absolute nightmare if you are ever enrolled into this company cancel. I have asked for my pension pot to be paid and all they have done is attempt to make the process as difficult as possible. From the first contact the call centre told me I hD not been with them since 2022 and had £200. They were still taking money and I had over £2000. I provided all of the documents requested kept contacting them asking what the delay was. My other pension companies had paid out. I was told a code would be sent out by post. ( that day of course!!!!). I knew by now this would not happen and it didn't. I put in an official complaint. Next they have refused to pay into my Starling bank account even though no one else has a problem with it. I have no other account and they keep resending the same email and ignoring all of my emails. This company is a nightmare. Avoid them at all costs. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

The problems start when you try to with draw money. It takes 10 days for an email to be answered and a month on and still my withdrawal request has not been completed. They solve any problem if you don't understand somet...

They solve any problem if you don't understand something from the amount you have and you can easily do what you want to do next with your pot, they are reliable and any technical problem you can leave a message or call and they will answer you by message or correspondence.
