Newday new start

I have been with new day for a while , and have few different products with them. The customer service is very good , problem solving is at a high standard and quality of service and options are lot better then higher brands like barclays or HSBC. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Clean and Simple Application & Credit Card

From the very start applying for a BIP credit card is quick and easy, the easy application makes it simple that all the regulatory information is clear and easy to understand. Once you are approved there's no waiting around, simply add the card to a digital wallet. The account is managed by a very simple and effective app, with the ability to set spending caps and interact through their in app mailbox. Servicing the card is also done via the app, and if you manage your account well then credit limit increases are offered several times a year. Overall, my first impression was that of a clean simple bank. Having used the card for over a year, I have had multiple credit increases due to how the account is managed. Excellent communication via the app inbox and to top if off they offer BIP customers discounts on select companies. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023
