Contact less banking made simple

BIP BIP hooray

My first experience of a credit card and can’t complain. I did have one minor issue to start with but customer services sorted it out straight away. I would have preferred a lower interest rate but I don’t have much of a credit history so just grateful to have been accepted. BIP has been a great help over the past few months. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service from bip. From start to finish, the representative I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, empathetic. They listened to my issue and went above and beyond to resolve it in a timely manner. The representative was patient and understanding, taking the time to explain the situation and provide clear, concise solutions. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received and felt valued as a customer. The representative truly cared about my satisfaction and it showed in their actions.
