Increased interest rate without telling me

I took out BIP because of my poor credit score. The int rate was high at 49% but I took it anyway. I didn’t use it right away but when I did use it the int rate jumped suddenly to over 52%!!!!!!!! The Company did not inform me of this until I noticed it on my mobile app. Not good. Reviewed on: 10th November 2023

Worst credit card company.

I had a refund on 11th of july and took them 4 months to process it on my bip account , i spoke with customer service at lest 50 times regarding same matter and nothing was sort it ,also they have a high interest and they take advantage of people who struggle . Great product. This product really helped me out when I most needed it...

I had just started to turn my life around (financially) and got the opportunity to get £1200 with a BIP card and account. Having this extra cash to use at the end of the month has been amazing, especially because if you clear your balance each month you are not charged for borrowing it. Five stars all the way!
