Currently we are getting ready to release the results of our own British Bank Awards and are seeing some really interesting trends that we can’t wait to share with you!
Launching our first survey
We now want to understand more about the importance of customer reviews in the financial services industry, and today we are launching a survey in partnership with SurveyMonkey.
