Since we launched in October, customers across the UK have shared their financial services reviews with us.

Currently we are getting ready to release the results of our own British Bank Awards and are seeing some really interesting trends that we can’t wait to share with you!

Launching our first survey

We now want to understand more about the importance of customer reviews in the financial services industry, and today we are launching a survey in partnership with SurveyMonkey. Tell us about how you use financial services reviews and help us makes reviews an increasingly important part of the information ecosystem.
