Smart Money People is looking to add two outstanding people to our team. We are looking for a CMO and a CTO to play a key role in developing our fast growing business.

CMO
This senior role will have overall responsibility for designing and executing our B2B and B2C marketing strategy. As such, the right candidate will play an integral role in developing a fast growing start-up.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Passionate about making financial services work better for everyone
- You’ll have a strong background in marketing (ideally within an agency environment) and have a creative eye
- You’ll be well connected or have a strong interest in the Financial Services industry
- You’ll be a great communicator who is keen to work in a fast moving team
CTO
This role will have overall responsibility for maintaining and developing our platform. As such, the right candidate will play an integral role in developing a fast growing start-up.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Ideally you’ll have a mix of front end and backend experience
- You’ll have experience with PHP (and ideally the Laravel framework) and a great eye for detail
- Ability to adapt and willingness to learn new skills
- You’ll be able to communicate well with the team and work productively with a range of suppliers
- Willingness to suggest new directions, solutions, and concepts
The right candidates will be offered a competitive salary, bonus scheme and equity options. Both these roles will be based in the North East (Newcastle or Wynyard).
