Quality service

Easy to contact and response to any query is very fast.having money taken direct from my wages .it is a service for nhs staff Taylored to the needs of nhs and social financial issues .easy to access the money you have in savings with them . Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

Excellent service

straightforward paperwork and friendly service

helpful staff, and a straightforward process in completing the paperwork. I also like that the payment comes straight out of my salary so that I don't need to worry about any issues with banking etc. Great rates too. Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

The friend who doesnt judge

When i approached the Union I was nervous & embarrassed to be needing a loan. Knowing it was NHS based though i felt respected and not judged. It must be OK to ask for help or it wouldnt exsist i thought! The staff on the phones are so friendly and genuine. Now the app is a reassurance that I need to feel in control. The Union was the friend I needed in trouble and I feel safe knowing they are there for me. Financial worries no more as I have a trustworthy friend who knows where im coming from. Amazing service

From my first telephone call to the NHS union I was well informed about how it all works, what I would be entitled to and the benefits of being a member. I couldn’t wait to be a member of this great establishment. Being a staff nurse and having the payments taken off my wage each month is great. I’ve recommended a few of my colleagues to join the union which they have, and the staff are always willing to help either over the phone or online. The service is great, the staff are so helpful and friendly and they don’t judge, thank you all and I am proud to be a member of the NHS Credit Union. Reviewed on: 28th June 2020
