Amazing service

Great way to save for rainy days. Very easy as it comes off salary every month.

I love NHS credit union as it is a great way to save for things such as holidays home improvemt etc and very easy to access when needed, great rates for loans also. I love that it gets taken out my salary monthly do I don't even notice I'm banking my money... Would highly recommend anyone to save in credit union doesn't matter how much.... Convenient, accessible savngs.

My NHS Credit Union savings account is really easy to manage and when I need to withdraw funds the money is transferred to my bank account in no time. Reviewed on: 24th June 2020

Easy to join and easy to save

I have always found it hard to save in the past but with the credit union it is taken straight from my wages so it is not missed. The staff are always friendly and keen to help with any problems. Happy to be a part of it. Reviewed on: 24th June 2020

COVID19 response

Every part of our NHS is amazing. As members of staff locked up their loved ones to keep them safe, put on PPE and faced an invisible challenge the NHSCU app was checked. Ever part of our NHS is amazing, including our credit union. Every part of our NHS family responded. The credit union sent emails & text updates. They supported members by sending a text on Thursday evenings to clap. Their work continued like the rest of the NHS. This amazing bunch deserve a consumer credit award. Reviewed on: 24th June 2020

Excellent service

The Credit Union staff always provide a friendly and efficient service. Nothing is too much trouble. They answer the phone quickly. I have always found them most helpful on every occasion I have phoned for assistance. I can save money and make withdrawals when necessary at my own convenience. I can check my savings amount online and fill out form for withdrawals which are processed immediately. I would recommend the credit union to everyone I know. Reviewed on: 24th June 2020

Wonderful crew!
