I recently applied for a top up loan as I am going on a family holiday. The experience was brilliant, from starting the application to the money in my bank must have been about an hour, everything is well explained and documented. Being and paying the loan on arranged payment plan they sold my loan to collection company and added the default to my credit file . Avoid them. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
