OakNorth convert !!

I was initially wary of a solely online bank but am so glad I took the decision to open a couple of accounts with OakNorth. In particular I love the ease with which I can transfer funds from another bank account into an easy access savings account. The process is simple and fast. On one occasion I experienced an issue but it was easy to contact a real person without going through a chatbot or numerous automated options. The issue was dealt with very efficiently.
