Great customer service. A very rare find these days!

We have invested with Oaknorth fir quite a few years now and have always been super impressed with their customer service and easiness to communicate with.. always easily contactable and we once had a huge issue transferring money from a major High Street building society to Oaknorth. The funds were lost in the ether somewhere. The high st bank were totally disinterested but oaknorth knew how worried we were and took accountability for recovering the funds , which they did.. oaknorth are our 'go to ' company for our savings . Very satisfied investor

Have been investing with OakNorth Bank for some years now and have found they are very efficient and deal with queries promptly and you can telephone them and be answered by a real person, not a machine. I have ISA's and straight investments. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026
