Perfect Bank

I would recommend Oaknorth

Oaknorth has a good website that is clear, informative and easy to use. The personal section is laid out well and has an overview of my accounts. For more detail I can click on the account I want. When one my accounts was maturing recently I was given several options about what to do with my money, i.e., reinvest with Oaknorth, reinvest part of the money or withdraw to my nominated account. Emails were sent prior to the account maturing with reminder emails also sent nearer the maturity date. The links to the other types of products available at Oaknorth were easy to follow and I was able to make an informed decision about what to do with my money. In this case I reinvested some into an account that suited me and withdrew the rest. I have banked with Oaknorth for a number of years and I would recommend them to other customers. To me they always have competitive interest rates, with a good range of easy access to fixed term accounts so you can choose an account that meets your needs. Always ready with help .

Always ready with help .Up to date advice on all savings. Time given to help with problems, any disabilities noted ie hearing problems. Saving rates very competitive. Online banking is very straight forward regular reviews that make decisions easier to make. Reviewed on: 21st January 2026

A First Class Bank.

The website is full of information, but still easy to use. Any queries are answered promptly. The rates of interest are some of the best available. Reviewed on: 21st January 2026
