When cancelling a policy you pay in advance with 5 m... When cancelling a policy you pay in advance with 5 months left you are told with the cancel fee there no no refund.. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025

Road assistance

The roadside assistance I payed for, when I did breakdown was not forthcoming as after 3 phone calls and being cut off 3 times as there were no agents I ended up paying to be towed home, sadly I would not recommend and will not be renewing my policy Reviewed on: 17th September 2021
