Terrible experience with the add on breakdown cover

Broke down 100 miles away from home and had to pay over £3 a mile to take me home. They only took me for a maximum of 30 miles and I had to get on the back of 3 different tow trucks for 1 journey home. All of the tow trucks take hours to arrive and It took around 8 hours to get to the garage and then they wouldn’t take me onward to my home address and I was faced with a 1 hour walk home at the end. Super quick and efficient

I needed to get insurance after swapping my car for a more dog friendly van. I was insured with One Call for my car but wasn't sure whether they could insure my van...it was the quickest most efficient swap ever, and I ended up saving money as well. Fantastic service

One call have been brilliant from the start. A really competitive price for my insurance and keeping me in the loop all the way. I have had to change a couple of things on my insurance and they have made it so easy to do and stress free. The people I’ve spoken to on the phone are really friendly too.
