When cancelling a policy you pay in advance with 5 m... When cancelling a policy you pay in advance with 5 months left you are told with the cancel fee there no no refund.. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025

Overall positive experience

I needed to renew my truck insurance but had to make specific changes which I could not do on the portal. Once I actually got to speak to an agent and not a bot my experience was very good. The customer service person was Rylie Manion I believe (RM1) and he was very can do / hands on and was friendly and helpful throughout the conversation. My insurance renewal all sorted now. Brilliant experience in buying insurance so easy and very informative.The prices are so competitive against other similar quotes.I would not hesitate to recommend One Call even the renewal was really good value.I can’t see me moving to another another company.Well done One Call Reviewed on: 26th July 2025
