I have recently been involved in a no fault accident...

I have recently been involved in a no fault accident resulting in damage to my car. When I phoned they explained the process I needed to follow sorted out a hired car as I was worried about getting to work the next day. Same day hired car organized I have never been in this situation before and was still in shock. They made me feel at ease lots of reassurance and kept me undated with next steps.
