Good cover good price what more could you ask for

I visited online last year asked for a quote,which I got and found it to be acceptable price and cover that I asked for paid for it and was issued documents. Reviewed on: 17th July 2025

I won a prize draw!!! What a joke.

I won a free years insurance with this company after insuring my work van with them. Very soon after I changed my van so called them up, they denied I'd won the draw but after telling them they'd refunded my money they checked up. Three hours later they called back to say "Congratulations you have won but we're not willing to cover you on your new van"! It's only a Mercedes Sprinter not a Rolls Royce. 40 years accident and claim free. They then said if I bought another van they would insure that for free using the prize. Why would I do that, of already swapped my van???? Anyway nearly a year on, after telling them I'd sold the old van, they send me my renewal for a policy I didn't know they'd not cancelled. You can't easily call them (One Call what a joke!) so I spent half an hour on chat getting nowhere except frustrated, mainly checking they were not going to debit my bank account for a policy I didn't want or need. So far I have had no need to contact you for anything to do with my car insurance. My original application for car insurance went through seamlessly and the information was sent out promptly, so I am very happy with the service so far Reviewed on: 17th July 2025
