Do what they promise without quibble

Just recently took out a policy with One-Call. I unfortunately had a breakdown and they responded calmly, quickly and efficiently. There was no feeling of resistance that you can get with other companies. They’re a value insurance company at the cheaper end of the spectrum but they do deliver what they say they will do. So far so good

The van insurance was very competive with others on thew market. I did have call to get some help with the van as it did not start, the tow company employed by One call were swift to respond and towed me home with no problems. To sum up, all good! Reviewed on: 29th August 2023
