When cancelling a policy you pay in advance with 5 m... When cancelling a policy you pay in advance with 5 months left you are told with the cancel fee there no no refund.. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025

Easy to navigate

Great value reliable service

I was impressed by the competitive pricing One Call had in place. Sadly I have had to be recovered twice now since owning my van. Each time I have been recovered quickly and easily could not fault the service. Highly recommended by me as a lone female commuter for sure. Reviewed on: 29th August 2023

Excellent service

My experience of one call Insurance, I had a minor accident in a car park, on calling customer service I found them to be very helpful & friendly I was reassured that everything would be okay & I was told not to worry the situation was now in there hands & the matter was resolved very swiftly.
