Amazing customer support

Last November I was involved in a minor car accident. My car was off the road for 3 months. From my initial contact with ‘One Call’ to report the accident to the day my car was returned in perfect condition, I cannot think of one issue I had, ‘One Call’ and their repair centre were in constant contact keeping me appraised of the situation, the both bent over backwards to respond whenever I contacted them. I have been with them for a number of years, they have always offered the best or very close to the best price for renewal. On one occasion a change needed to the policy meant a small increase but they waived the additional cost showing great costumer service.
