Great Company at the Right Price

The process when chosen the insurance. Putting in details etc. was very simple and easy to follow. I had mistakenly not added an accident on the form , of which I had thought the time had lapsed. The company sent me a polite letter, telling me about it and added it to my information, just with an admin charge. In my opinion One Call insurance still is value for money. Whenever I have needed to contact One Call Insurance, whether by phone or chatline, I have not been kept waiting long. The staff are very considerate and display empathy. They do their utmost to accommodate queries and manage a suitable and successful conclusion. I was very pleased to facilitate negotiations in renewing car insurance for another year. Good service.
