Very helpful, respectful call handler

I am very new to having to arrange my car insurance and a little anxious about the process. The young man I spoke to explained everything really carefully for me. I was not kept waiting for hours on the phone waiting to get through either. Reviewed on: 13th October 2021

It works

Continuing customer for many years, recently moved and stopped working full time so didn’t as much cover as before. They were able to change my cover, not charge me extra and I still have the same premium rates. So can’t complain… expect for the customer service queue, that takes forever. Great service at a good price
