It was such a relief to be able to talk with a customer service representative quickly Reviewed on: 25th September 2024

I felt valued as a customer.

I was called out of the blue by one of their customer service team. The lady who spoke to me asked if everything was okay with car insurance cover that I had bought. She also asked if I had logged onto the online portal for all the information about my cover. In all my years of buying car insurance no one has ever done that before. I did the insurance on line after they approached me...

I did the insurance on line after they approached me by e mail with an offer. Which after comparing all the bits it was cheaper so went for it. Straight away accepted. Then I needed a paper copy as my printer was not working and telephoned told no problem straight away. Excellent Reviewed on: 25th September 2024
