OneCall - Zero Hassle

OneCall have been my car insurance provider for at least five years. I occasionally compare other providers but I have never found a good enough reason to change. I am very happy with OneCall’s no hassle service. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2025

The communication from One Call Insurance has been better than any other insurance company that I’ve used. With regular emails providing links to contact the company or view my policy, I don’t feel as if I’ve paid for something and I’m getting nothing back. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2025

I have a been with one call for a number of years, in 2024 I had a breakdown 200miles away from my home when I called the helpline they were so helpful and got me and my family home for once I took extra cover and recieved an excellent service and key my family safe. When my car bonnet flew open without warning whilst I was travelling on a busy motorway One Call were very quick to respond and took me to a safe place before taking my car to be reviewed. They were always polite and helpful when I spoke to them and provided me with a courtesy car whilst my own was being assessed. It was deemed to be too costly to repair so was written off. I was told where it had been taken so that I could retrieve my belongings and personal number plates. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2025
