No complaint, no problem, no difficulties - perfect!

Very difficult this question as I have never had any reason to apply to One Call Insurance beyond membership. All I truly know is that the firm's administration has always kept me informed of the current state of my account and ensured that I have been covered during the time of my ownership of my car. Under such circumstances I cannot find any fault or misadministration throughout my membership with this firm - and would happily recommend them to anyone searching for a reliable firm of insurers.
