I broke down in a carpark with my steering locked so couldn't move it .Phoned One call insurance and man on the phone was very helpful he got a tow truck out straight away and I didn't have to wait very long before the mechanic turned up .One call kept me informed as how long I would have to wait and kept updating me by txt message .
