Ease of use

Website very user friendly. Simple to navigate and find what your looking for. Quick response to queries and any problems sorted with minimum hassle. Quotations,change of vehicle etc are literally 2 minute tasks. I've been with them for several years, they haven't always been the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Recommended. Don't need a thousand pounds to tell the truth

I would certainly recommend One Call to everyone

I have been with One Call Insurance for quite some time. I have always found their prices to be fair. When my car was involved in an accident they were instrumental in getting my claim and the liability sorted fast despite the 3rd party's insurance dragging their feet at every opportunity.
