Best Annual Renewal

I switched off auto renewal and still received a timely reminder. I used a comparison website and One Call offered the best cover/value for money policy. This price was a little different to the one I received in a renewal email. I called One Call to check the best price available, and despite me asking to renew, the agent reviewed the price, reduced it, and reduced the payment plan interest. She said, based on my renewing for a 2nd year. OUTSTANDING! This is how policies used to be managed, discounted for continued custom. Thank you One Call Reviewed on: 21st September 2023

Not very good with information after accident

My car was written off at end of January. Not very helpful at explaining how claims work or length of time they take. Was paid book price within 3 days but not amount I paid for car or anywhere near, even though other driver admitted liability. Reviewed on: 20th September 2023
