Good price, not easy to get hold of

Good price for the cover, sometimes the processes don't work quite as smoothly which is a shame as they're not available (despite the name) by phone, so can be difficult to sort out issues. Second year with them, I got a significantly cheaper price by getting a new customer quote instead of renewing even though adding business cover. Surprising but happy with the price. Going the extra mile

One Call have gone back to the drawing board in the design of their car insurance. They’ve put driver’s experience at the forefront so all requirements are amply covered. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Extreme charges for a genuine mistake

I had entered an incorrect date accidentally for an accident, thus resulted in an increase of £120, including admin costs, for a genuine mistake. I will not use them again. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023
