fair deal car insurance

Was in the market for a new car insurance cover ,looked on line and compared prices & terms lucky I found one call insurance , quick, easy, very friendly and helpful , and quick as a fast I had a great deal no hassle, a car insurance which was TaylorMade for our family , plus extras offered which I was surprised and welcomed ,added just a little extra breakdown cover so peace of mind with just one call ,thanks guys , just moved house and forgot the house insurance best give them another one call for another great deal . Rude disregard for my custom.

I had my vans, cars & motorcycles insured through One Call. When I sold a van & tried to cancel the policy online, I accidentally cancelled a motorcycle policy that had only been inforce five weeks! I was on the wrong part of the portal. I telephoned to rectify this error & was met with rude, unhelpful staff, twice. When I came off the phone, tha email said that I had not completed the cancellation process & so I was still insured... Minutes later the person I had spoken to cancelled the policy. £100- for five weeks & no help, just rudeness. I consider this company to be responsible for the theft of my policy / or the £100- taken for that policy. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

One call - but lasting forever

Anything but One call, ridiculously long wait and rubbish service, culminating in a quote twice as expensive as anywhere else and an ultimatum that unless I purchase it - they will charge me £56 for leaving.
