Easy set up and navigation

Easy to navigate website and account. Automatically joins car and house insurance onto the same account. Have not needed to make a claim so can not comment on that. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

not very helful on the phone, it was like pulling teeth getting the information i needed and was left feeling let down with breakdown cover offered , so much so that I will not renew this part of the insurance with and will return to the RAC Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
