Great customer onboarding service.

I was surprised for the call back as it’s not something I have received before from any other Insurance I have taken out before. The advisor was really helpful as I had some additional questions relating to policy and general questions I had. The advisor was able to look everything up for me and answer my questions so I understood better. Additionally the person was very knowledgeable about the policy and the details of the additional services I took out and I learned things I wasn’t aware of. Great service from One Call.
