A great company, I will go back to them year on year

A very professional, efficient company. They are easily contactable if you have any queries and customer support is excellent. I check similar insurance with other firms before renewal, but OneCall is always competitive and I am happy to stay with them because of their customer service. Reviewed on: 9th October 2021

Value for money

Great value and cover

I was with my previous insurer, who in 2019 reduced my car insurances by £10 but in 2020 increased it by £50,I searched online got a great deal from One call Insurance, not only was it smaller than my previous insurer,it was £70 less,I only travel approx 2000 miles a year, but 2019 until now I'm lucky if it's 1000 miles, great policy Reviewed on: 9th October 2021

Great insurance, efficient and friendly

This is my second year with One Call, and reassured by the initial set up and now the renewal: I did the latter by online chat, negotiated, agreed a price reduction, same terms, and renewed in one go - all the documentation quickly available from the One Call web page, no problems.
