Competitive prices and good service

Have been with One Call for a few years. Last year was the only time I have had to make a claim and this is when you find out how good a company is. They were quick to respond and took care of everything and claim was settled to my satisfaction. Reviewed on: 9th October 2021

Dumped

64 year old male took out fully comp insurance but genuinely overlooked a previous claim over two years ago on a low speed collision by my wife as a named driver! Was informed my policy was being cancelled and l was being refunded £135 from my £230 initial payment after two weeks!! Cover was offered at£380?? Went elsewhere! Not refunded yet! Never had a problem

Been with one call for a number of years. I always look around for cheaper quotes and contacting them re renewal has been easy. I have not found a significant cheaper quote elsewhere with the same cover. Reviewed on: 9th October 2021

Finished up okay

Told one call not to auto renew but they did, moved house at the end of my policy so they got wrong address on policy, they then tried to charge me an additional fee for changing address, went to comparison websites to find a better quote, got one, told one call which they matched at my new address.
